Esta vivienda unifamiliar a medida de 285 m² en L’Ametlla del Vallès, está diseñada para aprovechar la orientación, el desnivel de la parcela y una construcción preexistente.
La zona de día se abre completamente al jardín y a la piscina bajo un gran voladizo. Una envolvente de altas prestaciones, la aerotermia, las placas fotovoltaicas y una solución específica frente al gas radón permiten disfrutar de una casa saludable, confortable y con un consumo energético muy reducido.
Materiales que construyen una atmósfera
La selección de materiales se trabajó con especial cuidado para conseguir una vivienda serena, luminosa y coherente en todas sus estancias. La madera aporta calidez, mientras que los tonos blancos, grises y azulados crean una base neutra y equilibrada.
En el baño, cada acabado se escogió buscando combinar funcionalidad y carácter: revestimiento cerámico blanco, pavimento de inspiración hidráulica, superficies grises y mobiliario de madera. Una composición sencilla, pero pensada al detalle.
